How Ztarvo Was Born
Ztarvo began when a small business approached us for help operating its Shopify administration and handling occasional technical work.
The immediate need was straightforward: someone dependable to look after the store’s day-to-day administration and assist when small technical issues arose. If we could also identify practical ways to improve the store and attract more traffic, that would provide additional value.
That first request revealed a much broader need among small and growing businesses—and became the reason Ztarvo was born.
Why We Are Here
Small and growing businesses must be careful about how they use their resources. Every investment of time and money needs to support the essentials that keep the business operating—the “bread and milk” of the business—and create opportunities for sales and growth.
At the same time, technology can no longer be ignored. An online store needs ongoing attention. Products and information must remain accurate. Content needs updating. Technical issues arise. Systems must continue working. These responsibilities can consume a surprising amount of money and, just as importantly, time.
